We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.  For event entries we will share relevant information with TREC GB for qualification and league point purposes etc.  We will use data provided to contact you with specific event organisational details for those which you have entered.

If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact TREC Southwest.  If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

 

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on our website. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. This Analytics data is collected via a JavaScript tag in the pages of our site and is not tied to personally identifiable information. We therefore do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.
